Plan 1.
One off bespoke report, including site visit/survey, followed by a fully compiled written report highlighting any areas of concern and how to rectify to comply with both local and national regulations. Pricing is dependant on business size and starts from as little as £195:00
Plan 2.
Includes all of plan 1. In addition to this are regular quarterly site visits to ensure any new areas of concern are not only highlighted but acted upon swiftly. This plan is what most SME organisations opt for. Again as per plan 1 it is dependant on size of business and starts from as little as £64:95 per month. There is a minimum contract term of 6 months for this plan.
Plan 3.
This plan is aimed at geographically close-knit commercial/industrial estates. It involves bringing organisations together to look into wider business related issues. It is typically aimed at small estates with up to a maximum twenty established entities. This plan is quite bespoke in its nature and would require the involvement of at least half of businesses within the geographical area to be sustainable. As above, it would be dependant on the business size and pricing starts from as little as £74:99 per month, this would be charged to each participating business.
VAT is charged at the prevailing rate on all above pricing plans.
